Products

Each item is individually handmade and measurements are always approximate to allow for the margins of difference in handmade work. Although I may produce more than one piece no two are identical to ensure you have a completely unique and individual piece.

Any imperfections and slight variations add to the beauty of each object.

Shipping Domestic

I will use reasonable endeavours to deliver an order within 6 working days (Monday - Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

You may be required to sign for deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, I will provide you with a full refund or exchange provided you send me a photo of the broken product within 7 days of receipt.

I am happy to refund any item that isn’t to your satisfaction provided that it is correctly packaged and arrives safely with me. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the products back to me.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by me. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

I will do my best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
