Siân was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, but moved to the UK in late 2000. Birmingham was home up until 2 years ago when she and her family finally moved to the countryside in the wilds of Mid Wales. She comes from an arts background, having a degree in art theory, a masters in arts administration. She’s worked in a number of art galleries, including Ikon Gallery in Birmingham, and ran an arts-based experiential dining business, Companis, with a mate, which took her to Barbican, London amongst other places. She has a husband and three energetic children, a dog and two cats. She likes to be in the wilderness as much as possible, enjoying wild swimming and dancing. Being outdoors, surrounded by awe-inspiring landscape and working with clay make her happy.
